I am Seraphina, and I am a dreamer.

I walk between worlds, translating spiritual vision into embodied form through art.

Becoming an artist was a pleasant surprise for me — this was something I never saw coming, but was part of a much greater plan. As a young girl growing up in the cornfields of Ohio, I was deeply in tune with nature and the unseen realms. I was shy and spent most of my time filling up notebooks with my stories, creating worlds through my words, to give a voice to all that I could feel but not yet see. Somewhere along the way that voice got silenced. Life did what life does — it broke me open in ways I wasn't ready for, long before I had the tools to make sense of it. I call that period the dark night of the soul.

It was 2017 when a near-death experience catalyzed my spiritual awakening, and everything changed for me. I was lying in a hospital bed, at nineteen years old, praying that if I lived another day, I would never take my life for granted again. It was after crossing that threshold that I became completely devoted to discovering my soul's purpose on this planet.

I went all in and leaped into the unknown. That journey led me to becoming a visual artist, and what I created became my mirror, my medicine, and my language.

Sitting before the blank canvas each day, I made contact with my true self... sometimes beautifully, sometimes painfully, always honest. Through art, I learned to translate the messages that I received from spirit. My paintings communicated all that words could not say.

I started as a street artist. Six years traveling across America in a tiny Chevrolet Impala, sleeping in hotels, setting up wherever I landed. Sometimes that was a parking lot, selling my work for twenty dollars to anyone who'd stop and listen to what I had to share.

Art became my pattern interruption — a way of breaking down the walls between two strangers and creating a moment of real intimacy, the kind that's rare between people who'll never meet again. Thousands of times, in thousands of places, art was the thing that unified us — a moment neither of us would have had otherwise.

In the beginning, my work was really abstract and is actively evolving into greater definition. Beings and their characters have become a signature in my work — figures who emerge on the canvas with a life force of their own.

Art is how I found my voice again. How I found stories again, the ones I'd loved since I was a girl, except now they come through with color as well as words. Painting has shown me the value of my own uniqueness. I believe every one of us is divinely ordained to express exactly who we are.

I don't just paint what I see. I paint from the aliveness of what I feel — my work explores dreams, energy, relationship, symbolism, emotion, whatever is asking to be revealed in the moment. Beauty might happen along the way, but i’m much more interested in creating something true.

My desire is that my art reaches you, moves you, touches something deep inside you. That it reminds you that whatever you're facing, you can transform it — if and when you're willing to meet it fully. Expression carried me through my own dark night into the light of my soul. I believe it can carry you too.
